PoE voltage adapters, with UL sealThe new NetWay Mid-Span PoE product line for standard network infrastructure has received the UL seal. NetWay8 and NetWay16 midspans are included, with 8 and 16 ports, respectively, compatible with PoE and calibrated to a maximum of 15.4W (according to the IEEE 802.3af standard). A quarter of the ports are selectable for 30 watts to accommodate higher current IP PTZ.
The installation allows a safe and cost-effective electrical distribution by LAN infrastructures with Cat5/5E/6. Both devices are housed in a compact 1U grille rack.
The NetWay1 CD injector was also certified, with a Port for PoE and PoE shutdown option; the NetWayXT repeater, which extends the Ethernet range by 100 m; the NetWay1512 adapter, which allows compatibility with cameras without PoE, and the NetWay3012, which adapts high-current IP devices, including PTZ.
