The QX Infinity (QXI) series is a family of infrared sensors and dual-technology that offer wide detection angle 120° and 12 meters of coverage. Its elegant and compact design makes QXI sensors an ideal model for any residential or commercial building, offering reliable motion detection, without false alarms by animals.
All QXI models are provided with a logic to confirm the alarm. They also have the SMDA analysis module, which analyzes the detection pattern and changes in the environment such as weather or vegetation movements to discriminate noise and the cause of annoying false alarms.
For more complicated environments, the QXI-DT (wired) and QXI-RDT (wireless) models combine infrared and microwave technology to confirm the alarm and the QXI-DT model offers an anti-blocking function when mounted high, using the microwave module to detect any attempt to cover the sensor.
For high-mounted applications, it offers good tolerance to small animals and contributes to reliable outdoor detection. the sensor can be mounted between 0.8 m and 1.2 m in height, to ignore the passage of pets.
