What memories do you have of your childhood?
In my childhood, something I loved was the coexistence with the environment and the countryside, derived from the fact that my father's family has a ranch. There were cows, horses, chickens, dogs and even a deer, with which we lived.

In addition to your permanent search for knowledge, what do you think are your strengths? And your opportunities for improvement?
What I like most about myself is my resilience and my desire to perfect things. My constant area of work is emotional intelligence and peace of mind, since on a day-to-day basis it is a constant challenge, due to so many external and internal factors.

What are your next goals on a personal and professional level?
The institutionalization and expansion of the family business of screws and hardware, called El Rey de los Tornillos; structuring my risk management and management systems consulting firm. Since I was little, one of my dreams has been to have a foundation that supports others, which I'm very excited about. I am currently working to be able to capitalize and make it happen because it is something that moves and drives me. Also, to plan my financial future and that of my daughters.

How is your home made up?
I am happily married to my wife who is a businesswoman and we have two daughters, three and seven years old, whom I enjoy at every moment, as they inject their energy and happiness into me.

What are the keys to forming and strengthening good work teams?
Competence (attitude, knowledge, skill, experience) is the baseline for creating high-performance teams, while generating a culture of continuous improvement and constant training. Constant training must be sown in the teams, as well as the habit of reading. Currently, there are countless free and valuable online options to complement the knowledge and skills of the different positions.

different sectors, including the chemical industry, construction, food and beverages, alcoholic beverages, education, corporate, sports, retail and mass events, among others. Similarly, there are a series of important activities in which I have participated: the Covid 19 test application circuit at the Akron Stadium, the return of fans to said sports venue, the national classic of Chivas vs América, corporate strategies for the management of the Covid 19 pandemic, the sustainability strategy for the Agave Chain - Tequila Centro Mario Molina (Mexican Nobel Prize in Chemistry). I was also a speaker at the 2021 Congress on Property Security and Risk Prevention, with the theme Accountability, Emotions and Security.

In recent years, how has the security industry changed in Latin America?
Evolution continues to be slow and reactive, and in some events even complacent. It is a mistake to delegate responsibility to one institution or body alone. The development of a collective culture focused on prediction is linked to factors such as ensuring the rule of law, strategic government policies, the reformulation of education and skills with a focus on productivity, development and innovation agencies, the promotion of financial culture, entrepreneurship, professionalization and new technologies.

And what challenges does the future hold for security professionals?
The risks that are taking shape are those that have to do with the environment, cybersecurity and social and geopolitical aspects. Therefore, security professionals must strengthen their competencies, in order to have a broad overview and be able to generate multidisciplinary committees, focusing on comprehensive strategies for the industry. Artificial Intelligence is in a maturing phase and will be strengthened in the future, thanks to greater clarity in terms of its applicability and consequences. In
In Latin America, alliances will be produced between institutions and organizations, which will have to actively cooperate to face the threats and risks associated with different geopolitical, migratory, social and environmental phenomena that are a consequence of the inefficiency of current governments.
