Under an alleged persecution of terrorism, the government of Pakistan has ordered the Internet providers of that country, to inform the authorities of that Asian country who are the users who use some method of encryption or anonymity when browsing the network, which allows them to access sites blocked by the government, as is the case with Facebook, which was banned for "containing material contrary to the Islamic faith." Another "source of evil" that Pakistanis cannot even smell is the well-known Youtube, also censored for a long time, or the website of Rolling Stone magazine, after it published that much of the country's budget is allocated to military expenditures.Currently all Internet information is filtered and blocked in Pakistan "to the liking" of its rulers and only through these methods, a citizen can circumvent that security and visit websites in a way that escapes government control. Luckily, entities such as "callcenters" or banks will be excluded from this measure, but events like this, even if they are distant for us, show that the fight for freedom of expression on the network is not yet won and that there is a long way to go.
