Since the beginning of May with each recovery successfully completed, Recovery Labs is freely including a b4recovery to its customers. With b4recovery, the hard drive with the recovered data is "shielded" for a year and, in case of suffering another data loss, customers will be able to enjoy a new recovery process totally free. In addition, b4recovery includes the collection of the damaged hard drive and the home delivery of new external hard drive with the recovered data, if recovery is viable.
With this initiative, Recovery Labs aims to offer an additional opportunity for its customers' data. According to Enrique Francisco, Marketing Manager of Recovery Labs: "We know the importance of information for our customers, therefore, we think that b4recovery will be very useful. And, despite the fact that after losing data customers become aware and use more measures to protect their data, any setback can cause us to lose access to our information again." In fact, according to data obtained by Recovery Labs in 2010, 43% of Spanish customers claimed that they had lost data on more than one occasion.
