What did spread is the fake photo (modified from a real photo) where the terrorist is seen with the shot in the eye that killed him.
Like any current and relevant news, there are surely cases of Black Hat SEO and fake news and extreme precautions should be taken in search engines and social networks but, so far this day, it has been difficult to find such sites in Spanish.
