Within this plan, the judges and prosecutors will each be equipped with two computers, supplied by the Ministry of Justice. One of the terminals will be located in the office of the National Court, the other will be at home, from where they can work, consult, etc.
Each team will be equipped with a double screen, one of them for personal work, with text processing and file protection systems, the other a document manager (for handling files and official files) with access also to legal databases and jurisprudence for consultation. And the 'mouse' will be the same for the two screens.
Sources of the Hearing, consulted by El Confidencial Digital, confirm that training courses have begun to be given to magistrates, secretary and officials, with the aim that the "zero papers" plan is completed in May or June, and that will mean that the traditional 'files' disappear.
With the 'digital file' program, not all paper will be eliminated, but more than 80% will be eliminated. For example, letters will have to be printed as they are now for mailing.
