Nine of the failures are considered critical, which implies that they can be used to take control of the system (target of Pwn2Own) and also be used by criminals to infect it.
One of the critical bugs fixed was reported by Adobe and is blocked by a CSRF vulnerability, and apparently the bug could be exploited in several browsers (Firefox, Apple's Safari and Google's Chrome) using an incorrectly formatted Flash file.
