The CISO: Attributes

Continuing with the series on the CISO, today I include some attributes that in my view a CISO must have and that in large part I have taken from a presentation that was given a couple of years ago at ISMS Forum.

Here are its attributes (mm... sounds a bit strange, although of those you also have to have:

Honest Full Communicative
Passionate Team Player Politician
With a Sense of Humbor Leader Negotiator
Interpreter Agent for Change Project Manager
Integrator Strategist Tenacious
Futuristic Evangelist Technology Manager
Good Bureaucrat Excellent Policy Maker Police
Legal Expert Business Person ... and even, Security Engineer
