Latin America. Johnson Controls launches the latest version of its video management system called exacqVision (9.2), which contains innovative features for each user to configure and customize their system, while giving them high security to protect them from cyberattacks.
With the click and scroll of the mouse, exacqVision 9.2 software allows users to generate custom video wall templates with custom icons that display more valuable information, facilitating the fastest and most intuitive responses. The VideoPush feature allows operators to send video search results to other users' screens, or to detect monitors that aid in investigations for advanced collaboration between users.
So that users can possess uninterrupted knowledge of the situation and know for sure that all the video is being recorded, they can now receive email notifications in the event that a camera has stopped recording for a while.
Exacq Mobile's ability to watch videos wherever you are was also improved. The video will play continuously on your mobile device, reducing the surveillance lost when the device automatically "rests" due to lack of interaction. In order to save valuable bandwidth, video panels can be configured so that a pause occurs when you stop interaction with the mobile application or web client.
The exacqVision 9.2 software also improves the user experience when logging in thanks to restrictions on access scheduling; in addition, it further supports cybersecurity best practices for password administration and management and, for example, allows for easy-to-remember passphrases rather than shorter, but complex passwords. Now, the Exacq Mobile software autocompletes the disabled form of the web client in order to prevent the theft of vital information and thus prevent unauthorized access to the network.
