Latin America. Vivotek presents the new MS8392-EV vandal dome camera, to expand its multi-sensor product line. Building on the achievements of the MS8391-EV outdoor camera, the new MS8392-EV camera offers an all-in-one solution, featuring four 3-megapixel CMOS sensors, 180-degree panoramic views and revamped with a new aesthetic design.
In large areas that require detailed coverage, such as parking lots, shopping centers, schools, parks and plazas, it allows to maximize the field of view and reduce the number of cameras needed, providing savings in installation time and maintenance costs.
Specially equipped with a video alignment function, the MS8392-EV allows users to optimize the image quality of each sensor and the experience of natural and optimal continuous panoramic views. It is also equipped with a removable IR cut filter and improved WDR technology to provide day and night protection and increase image visibility in high-contrast lighting conditions.
Thanks to the robust protection of its IK10 and IP66 cover and its wide temperature range -50°C to 50°C, the MS8392-EV is able to withstand rain and dust and is protected against vandalism and sabotage when deployed outdoors. To eliminate interference caused by direct sunlight, the camera includes a sunshade for wall-mount applications, and users are free to choose any of the corner or pole mount accessories for easy installation in any application.
