Latin America. The biggest challenge for monitoring centers is to grow without affecting the quality of their service or increasing their operating costs. Growing into a monitoring center means expanding the service offer for end users, constantly reinventing themselves.
To meet these challenges, monitoring centers must create defined processes and then automate repetitive and basic processes, leaving room for critical processes, such as emergency care, to be effectively addressed by operators.

An example is technical failure signals, such as electrical power failure signals. This type of signal is presented in the central in groups and the operators usually put them in a state of waiting, to later verify their normalization. If there is no normalization, operators make calls to users and create technical reports manually.
The virtual operator function can achieve the same results automatically. The system can automatically send the fault signals to wait, notify the customer via email or SMS, check the normalization of the signal and create a new technical document if necessary. This process saves an operator hours of work.
