Mexico. Pelco by Schneider Electric announced that its VideoXpert video management system is now integrated into iTrak, iView Systems' latest incident management solution.

Ideal for multi-site and departmental solutions, iTrak enables users to have a centralized platform for incident and risk management. Its intuitive design facilitates access to comprehensive reports, profiling, interview management, risk analysis and subject profiling information. With videoXpert integration, users will not only be able to see all incident data in a single report, but will now be able to link it to a backup video.
The incident file feature captures critical incident data, including its location, location, date and time, as well as a brief description of the incident. The added capability allows you to include support attachments such as narration files or media about the incident to allow for quick information. Narration files provide the flexibility to include text in free format, which is of paramount importance when collecting witness accounts or documenting notes of incidents, while media attachments allow the user to include images or PDFs for further investigations of events.
