What does SmartPanics do?
It allows to send emergency, assistance or fire events by reporting the exact location to the monitoring center.
SmartPanics has four (4) buttons for sending alarms, located on the main screen:
SOS/PANIC: Send a Panic event to the monitoring center.
ATTENDANCE: Send a request for assistance or Medical Alarm event to the monitoring center.
FIRE: Send a Fire event to the monitoring center
ON THE WAY: Sends a DELAYED SOS event (anti-entraderas function) to the monitoring center.
The ASSISTANCE AND FIRE buttons are customizable depending on the service to be provided by the monitoring company.
It also includes fundamental functions:
FOLLOW-UP: With this function each member of the family group through their smartphones will report to the account their exact position automatically and programmably in charge of the person responsible for family security and when it is active, the SmartPanics device will periodically inform its current position. The position is sent based on 2 variables, distance and time.
GROUPS: allows you to perform different control and management actions on the SmartPanics devices associated with the same account.
This function will be visible to the members in order to coordinate the security of the group. For example, in a family the father or mother at all times will be able to know the events and position of their children.
- From the "Group" function it will be possible:
- Register new SmartPanics users.
- View the events generated from the devices in the group.
- Set the current location of a device in the group.
- Create and manage geo-fences, for the devices in the group.
GEOFENCES: They are virtual fences that allow to delimit protected or dangerous areas on a map, which when crossed generates the automatic sending of a warning alarm.
