Colombia. Fortinet announced the launch of its new FortiGuard Mobile Security subscription service, which can be deployed on FortiGate consolidated security appliances. This new service is designed to protect mobile devices across the enterprise, especially in scenarios with high BYOD mobility.
To strengthen the security of companies of all sizes or industries, and taking into account the growing use of mobile devices connected to business networks, the new Subscription Service FortiGuard Mobile Security has the possibility to control mobile applications and protect against mobile malware, both in Android and iOS environments. This service will be available during the third quarter of 2015.
FortiGuard Mobile Security may be purchased on demand, or as part of a comprehensive enterprise protection package that will also include all the services included in FortiGuard's UTM consolidated security bundle, including intrusion prevention, antivirus, application control, web and anti-spam filtering, as well as advanced cloud-based threat protection (ATP).
