Mexico. Hiring staff in key positions of a company, their integrity and honesty, is a priority these days. Thanks to voice stress tests, such as LVA software, this task can be simplified with a high degree of effectiveness, which will allow to filter out ill-intentioned candidates who can then become "toxic employees" for the contracting company, which they can violate with theft of goods or information, even sabotage.
The efficiency of the technology allows to close the way to possible violators of the law, as well as to increase the levels of security in the company of any industrial or commercial sector, with the correct selection of candidates, said Arturo Ávila Rosas, general director of the firm Share y Asociados.

Taking as a framework the 2015 edition of Expo Seguridad México, Arturo Ávila Rosas, general director of Share y Asociados, stressed that among the characteristics offered by LVA are its low cost, which is zero invasive and the evaluated can express himself freely, because he must remain only during the time that the test is performed, which lasts from 30 to 40 minutes.
He explained that thanks to this test, the employer of any industry or commercial line to which he is dedicated, can save time and money, as it allows him to reduce the turnover of employees by having qualified personnel who comply with the moral and ethical standards of the company, this also facilitates the reduction of incidents where the rules established in the company's guidelines could be broken.
"The International Organization of Industrial Secrecy (OISI), points out that during 2009, 34% of 200 companies in the Federal District and the State of Mexico, suffered at least once the theft of confidential information, and this number increased to 38% during 2012," said the executive.
Taking into account that in Mexico the theft of information is the most widespread illicit in companies, it highlights that it affects 26%, while in Latin America one in six companies suffers from this crime, therefore a tool such as the LVA is effective along with the confidence exams offered by Share and Associates, because they are indispensable for the security of confidential data in companies, he said.
