Colombia. Prosegur reported that it has been selected as the surveillance provider of the new Cultural and Sports Center carried out by the SENCIA group (operating company of the complex), where it will deploy a comprehensive security system.
Thanks to this strategic alliance with the new concessionaire, Prosegur will be in charge of guaranteeing the protection of visitors, as well as the spaces and events that will take place in the complex.
The new Sports and Cultural Center will have the renovation of the current El Campín stadium that will include an expansion of its capacity to 50,000 spectators, an auditorium of 22,900 square meters with a main hall with a capacity for 2,000 people for the Bogotá Philharmonic Orchestra, a third-level clinic specialized in sports medicine, an emergency service of the Red Cross and a hotel with more than 140 rooms and recreation and gastronomy areas.

Hybrid Security is a concept that integrates the most prepared human resources, with state-of-the-art technology and real-time data analysis (people, technology and data). Thus, all the information handled and collected by surveillance personnel reaches Prosegur's Intelligent Security Operations Centre (iSOC) where it is complemented to carry out 24/7 and real-time monitoring of the facilities, which will allow a quick and effective response to any eventuality. In this way, Prosegur will deploy its specialized security team to attend mass events, access control and customer service.

The implementation of Prosegur's hybrid security model for this Cultural and Sports Center represents a significant leap in the security of mass events and entertainment in Bogotá and Colombia. Thanks to this solution, the Prosegur Security team is able to analyse large volumes of data in real time to detect anomalous patterns and potential threats early, allowing a faster and more effective response. In addition, the reduction of false positives optimizes the allocation of human resources, ensuring that security agents focus on real incidents.

The deployment of Prosegur will include surveillance services supported by a group of about 300 guards who will ensure the security of the complex - as well as its surroundings, including parking lots, the Campincito, the tennis club, the employees' club, among other strategic locations - 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as well as the events that take place there. whether they are sports, concerts, among others. In addition, Prosegur's staff will be equipped with state-of-the-art surveillance technology and equipment, all connected to the company's Intelligent Security Operations Centre (iSOC).
