Dahua Technology Announces New Global Service and Delivery Scheme

International. Dahua Technology has established a service network that includes technical support centers as well as official and authorized service centers, where it will now provide after-sales, repair and project management services on a global scale.

In this way, Dahua provides an integrated platform throughout the customer journey, to create value and provide a better experience.

Technical support
Dahua has established four technical support centers in Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America, with more than 8,000 professionals around the world, who will offer their knowledge, demonstration of scenario-based solutions and technical training, ensuring that customers can take full advantage of Dahua's products and solutions.

Repair Services
Dahua has established more than 110 overseas service centers, in 97 countries and regions to provide customers with the original manufacturer's warranty. Globally, Dahua-certified maintenance engineers and local spare parts inventories ensure agile solutions for any product malfunctions. In addition, there are more than 200 Dahua authorized and certified service partners who can provide on-site installation and maintenance services.

Project Management
Dahua offers professional project scope, schedule, cost, and quality management, focusing on problem and risk management to support project delivery and customer success. By optimizing supply chain operations and forming strategic partnerships with leading logistics providers, Dahua ensures timely product deliveries. In addition, by optimizing the delivery process system and integrating validated industrial solutions for cities, companies and SMEs, the delivery of the solutions is guaranteed.

Dahua has also integrated 24/7 AI robot customer service and digital tools into its delivery and service system. The Dahua Partner app, for example, allows customers to make online appointments for after-sales service, check maintenance records, and evaluate local service. These digital features improve accessibility. At the same time, customers can also contact and provide feedback on any issues through Dahua's official website, WhatsApp account, and Dahua's 15 hotline centers.

In Mexico
Dahua Mexico has established an integrated service center, which includes a hotline service area, maintenance service area, training service area, and showroom. The hotline service area provides technical support services to all end users. Customer issues are handled online, and customer satisfaction visits are conducted.

In cooperation with TVC agents, 18 maintenance stations have been established throughout Mexico to provide high-quality and efficient equipment warranty and maintenance services.

The Dahua Mexico office has two training classrooms, with capacity for more than 100 people who participate in certifications on products, solutions and new technologies. In the showroom of Dahua's office, you can visit the brand's most advanced technology, solutions for safe cities, SMBs and vehicles, among others.
