SIA

Mexico. Expo Seguridad Mexico confirmed its alliance with the Security Industry Association (SIA), an organization that will contribute knowledge and experience to the academic program of the next edition of the event, scheduled to take place between April 16 and 18, 2024.

According to Laura Barrera, director of Expo Seguridad Mexico, the purpose is to join efforts so that attendees learn about the best global practices in the industry, through updated conferences by national and international speakers with experience in different specialties.

"Of course, we will have a very broad panel of speakers who will enrich our academic program, so that specialists in public and private security, as well as members of law enforcement, academics and the public interested in these issues, receive up-to-date knowledge that they will not be able to find elsewhere, in such quantity and quality. in just three days of the event" she said.

Thus, Expo Seguridad Mexico's academic program is now called SIA Education and contemplates focusing on public and corporate cybersecurity, national and public security strategies, private security practices, crisis management, crime prevention, information technology infrastructure, corporate protection schemes, and physical and operational security, among other topics.

"For a long time, we have delivered exceptional value at ISC East and ISC West thanks to the collaboration between the RX and SIA teams. In our strategies for the ISC Exhibitions, we are able to bring together attendees with a strong impact and influence in the field, including end users, integrators and manufacturers. We are excited to implement these strategies at Expo Seguridad Mexico, with the purpose of enriching the attendee experience," said Don Erickson, executive director of SIA.

Dynamism of the sector
