International. Prosegur spokespersons expressed their satisfaction, thanks to the inclusion of the private security company in the 'Most Trusted Companies in the World 2023' ranking.
This ranking was prepared by the U.S. media Newsweek, in conjunction with the market research company Statista, after evaluating 1,000 companies in 23 different sectors, based in more than 20 countries around the world.
In this way, Prosegur positioned itself as the eighth company globally in its category, being recognized as the only Spanish company in the Professional Services
to Companies category.
Antonio Rubio, general secretary of Prosegur, said that "this recognition is a testament to the commitment and dedication of our entire team in providing services of the highest quality. Trust is an invaluable asset, and we are committed to maintaining and strengthening it at all times."
Methodology used
The authors of the ranking reported that they measured trust in companies across three key pillars: customer, investor, and employee.
First, they selected companies with revenues in excess of US$500 million. Subsequently, they surveyed more than 70,000 participants, who chose up to six companies about which they had extensive knowledge, rating in each one the three points of trust (customer, investor and employee), generating 269,000 evaluations.
Finally, more than 975,000 mentions in the media were analyzed, corresponding to the selected companies, in order to evaluate the type of sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) in each of them.
