Colombia. The company Milestone Systems reported that it is ready to participate in the International Security Fair ESS+, where it will present the latest update of its VMS, XProtect 2023 R2, as well as the Hospital Assist tool, for remote monitoring of patients.
The 2023 R2 software update introduces significant advancements such as adaptive playback, restrictions on video display, a display function for exported videos, a new Rapid REVIEW installer, and improvements to the failover capabilities of the XProtect management server.
According to Mauricio Swain, sales director of Milestone Systems for Latin America, "in the XProtect 2023 R2 update, our commitment to constantly offer high-quality, secure and easy-to-use video management solutions is demonstrated".
What's new: XProtect Hospital Assist
This data-driven audio and video technology solution is already on the market and is designed to improve healthcare. The system allows healthcare professionals to remotely monitor several patients simultaneously, thanks to which they can react quickly in case of new developments.
By streamlining daily tasks and improving the efficiency of medical staff, XProtect Hospital Assist also contributes to alleviating the workload of medical and care staff.
"We expect all visitors, customers and partners in Bogotá to see firsthand all these improvements and innovations," concluded Swain. Milestone Systems will occupy stand 1111 of the International Security Fair ESS+, to be held in Corferias between August 16 and 18 of this year.
