Colombia. At the end of last year Bolide Technology Group opened a new office in the city of Bogotá, with this new space it seeks to provide better service to its customers in 2023, due to its strategic location, as well as improve the service experience, thanks to its showroom.
With a pleasant message of thanks, Bolide shared images of the new office, located in Bogotá, the capital of Colombia, on his LinkedIn account. This space was inaugurated in the company of strategic allies, who were in the place enjoying the inauguration in a private meeting on December 19.
"Thank you #colombia for a great evening! Thank you to all our business partners and friends who attended! Thank you totally!" They were the words of the brand in the post where he shared the video with some highlights of the inauguration.
We were in an interview with Camilo Avila, territory Business Manager for Latin America at Bolide, who told us about the new space of the brand.
VDS: Why are you opening this new office in Bogotá?
Camilo: As a brand we have always had a presence in the region. This is the third movement we are making in Bogotá, which responds, in the first place, to a modernization of our headquarters; secondly to offer a location with easy access to customers, because now we are located in the northeastern area in the town Usaquén that is well known; thirdly, to improve comfort and space for the work team; and, as point number four, we consolidated business in Colombia.
The latter because this space reinforces our presence in the country, in addition the new technologies we offer are arranged in a modern showroom, with the same image line as we have in international events.
VDS: What was the highlight of the opening of the new office?
Camilo: That day there was a facial recognition exercise with customers, who were previously entered into a database. The system detected them and greeted them.
Finally, Camilo highlighted the different solutions of the brand that have Artificial Intelligence and are capable of notifying or monitoring failures and invited customers and new prospects to approach the new headquarters in the capital of Colombia.
However, it is worth noting that Bolide started the year actively, as it is also preparing its participation in the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2023 Fair, which will take place between January 31 and February 3, in which it will be together with TD Synnex Maverick, at Stand 3Q600.
