This alliance will allow Wildix to be compatible with the SoftGuard SG Logger Module for the recording of phone calls made, allowing them to be managed comprehensively from SoftGuard.
To record conversations during the attention of events and to audit the performance of operators in their management, the Call Recording Logger module enables the recordings of conversations and their subsequent intelligent search of calls by date, account and operator.
Whether the call was outgoing or incoming, SoftGuard Logger, in addition to all the potential in analog communications, with thousands of customers in the world, adds the world of VoIP. The calls made from Wildix are recorded in the SG Logger module and the real proof of what was spoken in the daily management of the monitoring area is recorded.
