Latin America. ConsorcioTec™, a purchasing group specialized in security and multimedia systems, announced the launch of an application to facilitate the business opportunities of its manufacturers and integrator members.
The application is compatible with Android and iOS systems and users who install it will be able to find the complete list of brands available within the purchase group, manage invoices and review financial reports, while also being able to track approved invoices, among other functions.
In addition to facilitating access to financial information, through the App you can carry out a supervision of all the benefits offered by this program, among which the reimbursements to the integrators stand out.
At the moment, the application is not available in the App Store or in the Google Store, so the safe access for download is through this single link.
What is inside the App
* Full list of preferred providers: there you will see a brief description of each brand with its respective phone contact, email, website, map of its physical location and address, in addition to the refunds it offers.
From the App it is also possible to automatically move to sending messages (MSN), emails and making calls.
* Invoice in process: with this option it is possible to review the pending, approved or declined invoices, as well as enter a new one. To create a new item, you must fill out a form, which opens from the '+' sign at the top right. At the end ask to attach an image of the invoice, for this you can make use of the camera (for the mobile) or attach looking in the folders (this search works for both options, mobile and PC).
Financial report: this option allows you to see a consolidated by quarters of all purchases, which facilitates accounting.
* Approved invoices: works as a record of what has been entered and approved in the application.
This menu is also displayed on the left side of the application, in addition to showing the profile of who is logged in. In this profile information are the data of each partner and the photograph can be personalized.
In general, the ConsorcioTec™ application is a tool that allows you to enter – in a simpler way – the invoices of the purchases and review how the approval processes for the Cashback of the program are going; this avoids the constant sending of emails and offers a review, at a glance, of the management in each quarter. It is also the way to carry the entire directory of providers on the cell phone.
