HID Global will present identification solutions at SeguriExpo Ecuador 2014

altEcuador. Products that are integrated into solutions to identify individuals such as users of a network, employees, citizens, beneficiaries, members of a guild or association, students, residents of a country or a residential condominium, among others, are those that HID Global, world leader in secure identity solutions, will exhibit at SeguriExpo Ecuador, from July 31 to August 2, 2014, in Guayaquil.

"Ecuador is a very attractive market for HID. We have high expectations for growth in different sectors of the economy, including the mining and trade sectors," explained Tatiana Bolívar, sales director for Latin America at HID Global.

Taking into account that the Security industry not only grows in countries with high rates of violence or with problems of insecurity, but is present in all nations and that it is being potentiated in Latin America, HID offers for the different markets solutions that help improve security in schools, banks, hospitals, government buildings, businesses, and other places that require certifying the identity of the person who presents themselves in front of a door or a system requesting access. "Where there is investment in physical infrastructure and networks, there is a need to verify the identity of those who enter or make use of these facilities and / or information networks," said the executive.

Among the solutions that HID will exhibit at SeguriExpo Ecuador are:
iCLASS SE: this is an access control platform that facilitates the process of identity creation, use and management of infrastructures, in addition to allowing customers to use a wide range of elements for identification such as smart cards, microprocessor cards and cell phones that have NFC (Near Field Communication). With this solution, companies and organizations can rest assured that their investments in today's technologies can be leveraged in the future.

Edge Evo Solo: The second-generation controller/reader is a single-door access control system that does not require software to be installed on a PC, as it is managed remotely using a standard web server. It is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses that want to drive one to three doors and 10 to hundreds of people with ID cards.

EasyLobby: This software allows the control of visitors in organizations, so that guests can only access the areas or areas in which they have permission to enter.

Omnikey Readers: These readers have been created for contactless technology applications in cleanroom environments. The 5427 works in virtually any PC environment, and is commonly used for print authentication and access control systems, as well as logging into a PC using existing employee credentials. The 5021 contactless smart card reader provides convenience, speed and security for applications such as computer and network login, email encryption and digital signature, while supporting contactless physical access and PKI contactless cards.

Fargo C50 Printer: Allows institutions as well as small and medium-sized businesses to print their own ID cards easily and quickly, customized and in full color, without having to buy or install any additional components, accessories or software.

HDP 5000: This printer/encoder offers high definition printing (HDP-High Definition Printing) with sharper image quality, plus double-sided printing, coding and lamination. The printer can be used with Asure ID card personalization software.

HID solutions constitute the ecosystem to generate a secure identification, from its provision, either digitally or by the issuance of a card through a printer, or by the reading of said card in radio frequency readers installed in doors or connected by USB to a computer. The company also has a wide range of software that ensures the process of supplying identifications, either digitally – for digital signature processes – or in print.

This year HID is focusing its participation in the fair so that both integrators and end users know their solutions and find the one that best meets their requirements for secure identification in terms of readers, card issuance and identity verification.
