Mexico. Dahua Technology donated to the Senate of the Republic an access control equipment for body temperature measurement and the detection of the non-use of masks, with the aim of strengthening the prevention strategy and thus reducing possible cases of Covid-19.
In a closed-door meeting, and following the strict protocol health measures, Sánchez Xia, CEO of Dahua Technology Mexico, handed the equipment to Senator Eduardo Ramírez, president of the Board of Directors of the Upper House.
The equipment, model DHI-ASI7213x-T1, allows through a camera and a screen, to accurately measure body temperature without physical contact, which helps to speed up the entrance to the building.
In the event that someone has an elevated temperature and/or the non-use of a mask is detected, an alert is activated that will allow to follow the indications of the health personnel on duty for their correct attention.
"We are very happy to continue collaborating in Mexico with actions to stop the spread of Covid-19; last year we donated a kit with thermal camera and blackbody to the Military Hospital, and now we do the same with the Senate of the Republic in order that through our technology there is a protection measure for citizens, hoping that it will soon be recognized as a necessity for filtering the people in general in different rooms", Sanchez Xia explained.
