Bolivia. Ingeetronic SRL is a company based in La Paz, Bolivia, which has more than 10 years of existence within the electronic security market and is part of the purchasing group ConsorcioTec. From the hand of its spokesman, Eng. Israel Gerardo Rada Arroyo (MBA), Project Manager, we will know a little about the reasons of the company to participate in this initiative.
Before getting there, it is worth highlighting the professional career of Eng. Israel, who began in 2005 when he started working at the company Definitive Tecnología Informática as a Systems Technician, then in 2006 he worked in D.C. Design and Construction as a Support Technician.
Later, in 2007, he worked in the industrial assembly of the second largest silver mine in the world at that time, Minera San Cristóbal, in the city of Potosí, for the ASI Absa - Santos CMI - Ingelec Consortium together with V&R Electric.
After some other important work experiences with well-known companies, in 2012, Israel came to Ingeetronic SRL as a Project Manager, a position he holds today. "As a summary we could say that I dedicated my professional life to the realization of technological and electrical projects," said the guest.
For Eng. Israel, it has meant a lot to be in this position within the company: "At first it seemed like a simple challenge, since I had experience with projects, clients and staff; but putting all those together with the administrative challenges and doing it in the same instant of time for several projects was a very difficult challenge that took me several years to perfect, today I thank God!!!, because I work in a great company surrounded by the best professionals we could have and I feel proud to belong to the Ingeetronic family".
In 2020, the main challenges that our guest had were "keeping the company afloat in times of pandemic and satisfying all the types of clients we have had, since a European professional thinks differently from an American or Asian professional, so we have to adapt to all kinds of demands to meet our customers".
