International. 2020 began with the introduction of a corporate image change, with the aim of aligning the Casmar brand with the company's strategic vision for the future and being the starting point for a series of internal changes planned in the organization.
Among these changes, as a result of the existing generational change, is the new internal organization. A structured organization with the intention of turning the Casmar Group into a more transversal company, more coherent with the future strategy and, above all, more global.
Casmar continues to be a family business run, consequently, by a Family Committee composed of Alfonso, Gonzalo and Montse Castro Roca, which assumes the position of CEO of the Group. According to the CEO, "the new organization is based on four key departments for the development and consolidation of objectives, Product, Commercial, Operations and Finance, led by Teo Fúnez, Juanjo Hernández, Gonzalo Castro Roca and Jordi Martín, respectively."
