Colombia. The First Edition of Seguridad Telco Bogotá, an event that was planned to take place on March 26, has also been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alai Secure, organizer of this initiative, commented in this regard that "given the extraordinary situation of the recent events related to the pandemic caused by the Coronavirus and the measures adopted by the local authorities, from Alai Secure it has been decided to postpone the celebration of the 1st edition of Security Telco Bogotá, which was scheduled for Thursday, March 26, until the situation normalizes and the relevant authorities so advise."
"Aware of all the inconvenience that this decision may cause, we hope that they will be able to apologize to us. On behalf of the entire Alai team, we thank them for their trust, wishing them a speedy recovery and a return to normalcy as soon as possible."
