Mexico. Expo Seguridad México and Expo Seguridad Industrial announced the celebration of the X International Conference for the Administration of Security and Law Enforcement (CIASFO), whose purpose is to disseminate specialized topics and contribute to the updating of officials of the three levels of government.
On the tenth anniversary of its foundation, CIAFO will present at the next Expo Seguridad México a program of keynote lectures given by experts from academia, the business sector and the official. According to Jorge Hagg, general director of the event, "we are currently preparing the final version of the plan of activities and specialized talks that will be held from April 21 to 23, 2020 at the Citibanamex Center."
By way of background, it should be noted that in previous editions CIASFO has had the participation of world-class public security professionals; such is the case of national speakers such as Ciro Humberto Ortiz Estrada, head of the Scientific Division of the Federal Police; Renato Sales Heredia, National Anti-Kidnapping Coordinator and National Security Commissioner; Esteban Islas Badillo, head of the Planning, Perspective and Private Security Unit; and Eunice Rendón, Undersecretary of Crime Prevention and Citizen Participation of the Ministry of the Interior.
The forum was also attended by international specialists such as Ricardo A. Salas, representative of the United Nations Department of Safety and Security; and Daniel Lisnkey, former Boston Police Chief. "For the next edition we will continue under that line, since we will have national and foreign professionals, both from the public and private sectors, who have worked in the field of public security in our country and elsewhere, so their experience will enrich our program," said Hagg.
The International Conference was attended by outstanding women in the industry, such as Patricia Rosa Linda Trujillo Mariel, head of the Scientific Division of the Federal Police; Teresa Incháustegui Romero, general director of Inmujeres; Jessica Duque Romero, Specialist in Public Safety; Maria Teresa Torres Aguilar, specialist in Human Security; Maribel Cervantes Guerrero, Secretary of Public Security of the State of Mexico; and Patricia Bugarin Gutiérrez, national anti-kidnapping coordinator, SEGOB.
"Our interest goes beyond being inclusive, but to seek the participation of high-level specialists in the field of security, and that is what we will offer in our next edition," concluded Jorge Hagg, director of the event.
