CDVI announces the acquisition of ROFU Security International Corp., a privately held, Seattle, Washington-based company founded in 1980 that manufactures a broad portfolio of electric locks, magnetic locks, output request devices, power supplies, and single-door keyboards with Bluetooth technology.
ROFU Security International will maintain its headquarters and staff in Seattle and will continue to operate as an independent company within the CDVI Group. It will be overseen by Mr. Shawn Gore, President of CDVI Americas.
Shawn Gore states, "The acquisition of ROFU Security International is in line with our strategic vision to expand our product and customer base within the Americas. The quality of their product and customer service makes a natural fit within the CDVI organization."
