Many small and medium-sized businesses don't have dedicated staff to manage their video systems on their own. This often results in failures that go unnoticed, creating gaps in the video record, called "missing video evidence." Unfortunately, this missing video evidence isn't discovered until it's too late, when it's needed for investigations or for enforcement.
VAS is the solution to the problem, offering a "result", without dedicated staff. Viakoo provides monitoring, automatic problem detection, continuous automatic diagnostics with recommendations on how to fix it and then partners with partners to resolve the issue remotely or on-site. Customers receive a weekly summary report.
The solution is ideal for integrators looking to deliver managed services and generate monthly recurring revenue (RMR). Currently, VAS is offered by Viakoo Partners, Stanley Security and PSA Security Network.
