International. IndigoVision introduced a new version of Maxxess Integration 2.0. This new version has been updated and expanded since its initial release 10 years ago.
The new version allows alarms and events from Maxxess systems to be combined with IndigoVision's security management solution, Control Center, which provides complete video and alarm management in a single user interface.
This new version can activate live video, move PTZ cameras, start recordings, and send notification emails automatically, helping to drastically reduce operator response time.
It is now possible to energize and de-energize outputs and output groups, as well as unlock or lock doors or groups of doors in a Maxxess system directly from the Control Center, enabling relay actions.
By enabling alarm actions, Control Center operators who recognize or delete a zone alarm in the Control Center will recognize or delete the corresponding alarms in the Maxxess system. Maxxess integration allows operators to respond to incidents from the Family Control Center user interface.
Commenting on the Maxxess Integration, IndigoVision Software Product Manager Giles Raine said, "We have a dedicated Integrations team that continuously updates our integrations to support the latest versions and add more features. In this case, we've done both: rewriting the integration to align it with our software-licensed integration architecture, and adding the ability to lock and unlock doors from our Control Center user interface."
