Hanwha Techwin recognized its STEP program partners in 2018

Latin America. Hanwha Techwin offered a gala to recognize the effort and commitment of the STEP program partners who most boosted the brand in the Mexican market during the past year.

This event took place on the rooftop of a renowned restaurant in Mexico City, where distributors and integrators who have been committed to the STEP program met, as well as some representatives of the press

Upon arrival at the venue, the welcome to the attendees on the orange carpet was in charge of the President for the Americas, Mr. Kichul Kim; the Vice President of Sales for Latin America, Fernando Tomasiello: the sales director for Mexico, Omar Murillo; and the Director of the STEP program, María Fernanda Domínguez.

The tribute began at 8:00 p.m. with the words of thanks of the president of the company: "I want to personally thank each and every one of you, and I am also very pleased to express my gratitude to your sales team and everyone who works in your company; for the support, commitment and trust they have given to Hanwha Techwin and the STEP program."

This gave rise to the interactive surprise of the conference "Your attitude, star or star", given by the speaker Juan Bernardo Jimarez, which addressed the importance of promoting sales processes and, at the same time, how to float the own life projects of each of the attendees. A motivational gift to recharge the night of associative work energies.

Once the conference was over, the awards were given to the most outstanding STEP partners of the year: those channels highlighted as part of a top ten of the Gold and Silver categories that for loyalty, commitment and dedication reached the goals of each of the levels granted, together with those who even exceeded the goals and rose through the level. In parallel, STEP distributors were recognized for their great support and commitment to the program.

María Fernanda Domínguez commented that the objective of this meeting was above all to thank all those present and "recognize them as the stars who have made the program a success in 2018."

In this way, "the intention is to empower them and strengthen the commitment through the teamwork of the entire distribution chain so that together we achieve the goals," said María Fernanda.

At the end of the meeting the attendees enjoyed the lounge of the place in a networking environment.
