International. DUOX, Fermax's fully digital 2-wire system, has been chosen by the British company DUK Construction LTD as the video intercom technology for the prestigious residential construction project called Grafton Quarter, located in South London.
The MARINE vandal plate and the VEO DUOX monitor from Fermax is the combination of equipment and terminals chosen for the installation of the intercom system of this complex, which consists of 5 general entrances and 88 modern apartments, as well as 13 parking areas for bicycles.
The innovative Fermax system in this project incorporates modern and unique special MARINE street plates, made of high specification 316L grade stainless steel, and manufactured at Fermax's facilities in Valencia (Spain). These video intercom boards have been designed to meet the specific needs of the project, and integrate the well-known Fermax proximity reader on the same board.
DUOX allows residents and professionals of the facilities to access easily In addition, it offers a series of advanced functionalities for residents who have the VEO monitor installed in each home. In addition to its elegant design, the VEO monitor with telephone arm incorporates an extra feature for greater comfort and protection of residents:
PHOTOCALLER. It is a functionality that allows you to capture and store images of visitors who have called the apartment from the DUOX street plate. In this way, the resident can see who called him when he was out of the house. On the other hand, Fermax UK has also supplied a network of video surveillance cameras to provide the project with a complete intercom and security system.
