Hikvision, a world leader in video surveillance and security solutions and products, announces the implementation of its latest Call Center for users in Latin America, which has been in operation since April 20.

"Through this system, we expect to immediately resolve at least 80% of all calls that require technical support on CCTV. Only the remaining 20% of the calls that could require a higher technical level will be sent to the local technical support of each country, "explains Jorge Pérez, Learning and Development Manager of Hikvision LATAM.
