Hanwha Techwin and RBH Access Technologies sign alliance

Latin America. Hanwha Techwin recently announced the establishment of a cooperation program with RBH Access, a renowned Canadian firm dedicated to the design and manufacture of electronic access control solutions.

This alliance responds to the recognition that the RBH system has as one of the most robust in the market, as well as the interest of this company in locating manufacturers with which they can integrate technologically.

Regarding this alliance, Álvaro Altamar, RBH's sales director for the Latin American and Caribbean region, said that having Hanwha Techwin as a strategic ally is ideal for the growth that the corporation has projected for the coming years. "With this agreement we seek to have a greater penetration in the electronic security industry on all business fronts; in addition, we will be able to access markets where only integrated cross-platform systems have the capacity to meet the needs of customers," explained Altamar.

For the official, RBH will bring value and sense of security to the integrated solution, since the service of this company is an access control system with a secure key, from the very conception of opening the access point. And for its part, Hanwha will provide the versatility that is required to be included in business models of end users where previously the Canadian firm did not have the same scope.

Detailing in the technical aspects, this alliance will allow the remote management of doors (with related video), manipulation of dynamic maps with video management, playback of events and live video.

Additionally with this agreement, users will be able to manage and manipulate the two systems from the same platform, providing the order, comfort and security of a robust integrated system, even if they are from different manufacturers.

Regarding this alliance, Alex Pazos, director of sales and SAE of Hanwha Techwin for Latin America, said that "with this union it is corroborated once again that the company maintains its commitment to strengthen its select group of partners, because  in the end what we are looking for is that video surveillance solutions are increasingly robust for users."

Finally, Altamar concludes by saying that "this integration allows us, in advance, to offer a more efficient solution for the end customer, in terms of cost / benefit and with this greater opportunities to realize business are achieved"; In addition, the executive considers that it is feasible to establish future alliances, however the priority for RBH is to enhance and strengthen existing integrations in order to grow in the market.
