International. Nortek Security & Control LLC (NSC) introduced a Technician Certification Training Program. The program offers pre-scheduled dealer training events, on-site educational events, and ongoing training webinars for dealer installation, technicians, and system integrators throughout 2018.
The program consists of five training modules covering product overview, basic installation, basic programming, troubleshooting, product associations, and certification examination. These modules include: GC2 Certified Technician Module, GC3 Certified Technician Module, 2GIG Vario Technician Module, E3 Certified Technician Module, and Linear ProControl Technician Module. After completing these modules, participants can install, schedule, and troubleshoot effectively and more efficiently, increasing the number of installations over time and overall revenue.
All technicians who complete the program will receive a certification diploma, personalized merchandise, and a certified technical IDENTIFICATION card. Nortek Security & Control is accepting applications for the Technician Certificate Training Program and currently offers free webinars that give users the flexibility and convenience of training online with a live certified trainer.
