Mexico. BroadSoft and Bestel announce new features of the Unified Communications and Collaboration Suite using the BroadSoft Business UC-One application, Powered by BroadSoft.
According to a study by Markets and Markets, the Unified Communications market is estimated to grow from $17 billion in 2017 to $28 billion in 2021; with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.6% during the forecast period. Several factors make this increase possible, such as the growing trend to adopt new mobile work models in companies, have own devices (BYOD), offer continuous customer support and obtain low costs of ownership.

UCloud uses the BroadSoft Business "UC-One" application. UC-One offers integrated business phone services, messaging and presence, audio and video conferencing, screen sharing, file sharing, and virtual meeting rooms. These features help users conduct business wherever they are, whether through mobile phones or traditional computers.
