Latin America. The increase in customers and the offer of services in a monitoring center does not have to mean a growth of the operator plant. This growth, almost linear, occurs when all tasks and procedures are done manually and depend on decisions of operators or personnel associated with monitoring services.
Kronos proposes virtual operators, based on the function of automatic actions, this outstanding feature allows you to schedule tasks that will be executed when certain conditions are met. Thus, the software will perform tasks automatically without the intervention of the operators of the monitoring center.
For example: if a group of AC failure signals are generated in the monitoring center, the virtual operator function can prevent an operator from dealing with them. Instead, the system can notify the customer that the situation is known and the battery status is monitored. In case a low battery signal is detected, the system will immediately generate a technical request to the technical team. If the AC restore is identified all signals will be normalized and users notified.
Creating rules and sequences for virtual operation has a greater scope as multiple processes are connected and customer hardware is involved, for example, a combination of signals can generate a text message that stops a vehicle from marching or capturing an image from a video system.
