Mexico. The market is looking for comprehensive security solutions that are not isolated or independent. It incorporates into its assets joint developments that offer them effective results with a single investment, which Genetec offers to the market, said Gigi Agassini, director of Strategic Accounts of the company.
"We are going with very positive results in 2017. The perception of insecurity is evident and therefore today what companies are looking for is not to have their solutions independently, they want a serious and professional platform that allows them to manage and visualize all their systems within the same user manager. And that's what Genetec offers."
During the Axis Solutions Conference 2017, held in Mexico City, he said: "We are showing the unified platform we have, Security Center, with omnicast, Synergis and AutoVU solutions. We have had very good acceptance and a very important presence, especially in the government and private companies sectors. Some have started by video, others by access control, but the vast majority of systems installed in the country are video. We continue to grow products in the local market."
Agassini added: "Genetec offers a unified security platform that allows you to manage various systems, which can interact with each other: video linked to access control, or reading boards with other products, with interactive maps and with reception of alerts, with voice over IP, with access to federated solutions elsewhere. It's an interesting solution and we're bringing more apps to market. Genetec remains at the forefront of the security market."
The executive highlighted: "We are the only platform in the market that has the SAFETY Act certification, which catalogs us as an anti-terrorist solution. Genetec has worked hard to shield their platforms."
