Latin America. Milestone Systems was awarded by Arecont Vision, manufacturer of networked megapixel cameras, with the distinction 'Technological Partner of the Year'.
"This recognition was given to Milestone for its outstanding collaboration in integrating the new Arecont Vision camera models; likewise, for jointly developing and winning the largest number of projects of Megapixel IP video surveillance solutions in Latin America during 2016", explained Felipe Arguello, Sales Director of Arecont Vision for Latin America.
This award also recognizes the strength and efforts of both companies to develop, grow and expand the Megapixel IP video surveillance market around the region; some of Latin America's biggest brands are using Milestone and Arecont Vision at their facilities to protect their assets and staff.
For Milestone, collaboration with its business partners is fundamental, the company was founded with the idea of being an open platform and cooperating with an ecosystem of partners to offer better solutions.

On the other hand, it is the first time that this award is given in Latin America, Milestone has won this recognition in 3 other regions of the world that include North America, Europe and the Middle East.
Arecont Vision and Milestone Systems share a common business strategy, educating system integrators and end users on the advantages of Megapixel IP video surveillance versus traditional analog systems.
Arecont Vision is a Milestone Allied Manufacturer (CaPP), which means that Milestone's Research and Development (R&D) department develops and verifies the specific support of the latest camera models for controllers, subsequently released on a regular basis in the form of "Device Packs" for customers of XProtect IP video management software.
