Argentina. Polaris presents its new plan for channels that will take effect from this year. This action plan, which consists of two stages, will be aimed at wholesale distributors (DM) and Integrators (VAR) throughout the country.
After its successful trip to the city of Rosario and Santa Fe, Polaris officially introduces its channel program that will focus mainly on wholesale distributors – companies that acquire products from a manufacturer in high volumes to supply their resellers – and PSP Integrators (Polaris Solution Providers) – companies that integrate the hardware, software and services as specialized resellers for end-to-end solutions.
The program will be implemented in two stages and will have national coverage, from the Argentine Northwest to Patagonia. The first part of the action plan consists of the pre-selection of local partners by regions, these partners will be identified by the brand as official distributors and will be the references in the areas, with direct relationship with Powersa/ Polaris for pre-sale support. The second part of the strategy consists of two annual incentive campaigns for each channel.
In order to belong to and continue enjoying this exclusive program for channels, resellers must maintain stock and loyalty to the brand, in return. For its part, Polaris offers different marketing tools, such as product photos and catalogs; manufacturer's corporate information; training programs, such as work breakfasts, channel certification, special promos for each DM & PSP segment, and will be, in turn, recipients of a percentage of the liquid value of the products purchased from the manufacturer.
As the last action of the program, Polaris will appoint Sub Distributors as well as PSP or VARS specialists in the area of energy in the interior of the country.
