Axis presented its innovative portfolio of comprehensive and interoperable solutions

Latin America. According to recent data from INEGI (National Institute of Statistics and Geography), in Mexico there are currently a total of four million 926 thousand companies. All of them are experiencing a process of digital transformation driven by trends such as increased connectivity or the Internet of Things (IoT) that affects the way they operate and model their businesses.

In this context, Axis Communications presented at the 15th edition of Expo Seguridad 2017, an innovative portfolio of integral and interoperable solutions that respond to the particular security needs of each business sector. The systems on display include high-performance network video cameras, switches, audio systems, network video recorders, storage and access controls, carefully integrated with state-of-the-art management and analytics tools. All this with the focus of offering to maximize the return on investment through complete solutions, all in one.

Interoperability is an essential part of Axis' long-term vision, which is why it is actively involved in industry alliances such as ONVIF (Open Forum for Network Video Interfaces), the global standardization initiative for IP-based physical security products. This global standard to unify, will facilitate users, integrators, consultants and manufacturers so that they can take advantage of the possibilities offered by network video technology, in addition to benefiting users through increased flexibility and greater freedom of choice.

"We are proud that interest in our flexible and scalable video surveillance solutions has taken hold so strongly in our market. We are very pleased to be pioneers in this sector through cutting-edge technologies that help organizations meet their specific security requirements and provide them with the necessary tools to achieve their business and expansion objectives," said Steve Burdet, Product Analyst at Axis.
