Mexico. Pelco by Schneider Electric opens a new Authorized Service Center in the State of Mexico, operated by the company Silzar, a 100% Mexican company with 16 years of experience in the electronics and telecommunications market.
The objective of the new Center will be to strengthen the after-sales service of Pelco by Schneider Electric products, guaranteeing efficiency in the process of guarantees and reconditioning of electronic and video surveillance products. Likewise, it offers a unique, systematized and proactive follow-up through incident management tools, based on the best practices in the operation and support.
Silzar distinguishes itself by providing equipment repair and reconditioning services with a special focus on ensuring availability, service, experience and flexibility to have a unique and distinguished experience with the customer.
Silzar offers its customers the quality assurance in the repair and reconditioning processes backed with 16 years in telecommunications solutions, updating the laboratory with specialized tools and implementing quality controls for each process according to the type of Pelco equipment solution.
Pelco's New Authorized Service Center is located in the Xhala Industrial Fractionation in Cuautitlán Izcalli in the State of Mexico.
