International. RISCO Group held last September in Malaga together with its partner EXSI, a company dedicated to the distribution of security equipment, an event under the title "New generation of security", where it brought together more than 50 professionals from the area.
The objective of the event was to show its partners the advantages that technology is bringing to the security sector, and how it is helping to open the market to other business models, and therefore to its growth.
Borja García-Albi, Vice President in Iberia and Latin America of RISCO Group, began the event by presenting the company and then talked about how technology has been crucial for generational changes showing different examples and then talking about the generational changes in the security sector.
He stressed that, thanks to the technological advances caused by this new business model, it has been possible to incorporate new services to offer to customers and that also allow the segmentation of the market according to their needs. Undoubtedly, this change represents a great growth within the industry.
Other strengths of this new business model are that you can manage remotely, pay only per use or have security systems with more layers of services such as automation and video verification.
These are just some of the many advantages that are occurring as a result of the generational change that the sector is experiencing and that the RISCO Group team demonstrated to EXSI partners throughout the event so that they can benefit from the new possibilities that are offered now, most of them propitiated by the cloud.
Subsequently, Alberto Martín de los Santos, Technical Services Director and José Manuel Menéndez, Sales Manager of RISCO Group, spoke about the evolution of the RISCO cloud and the importance of being able to offer customers an automation system capable of controlling air conditioning or lighting.
During their presentations, they presented the full range of solutions covering all customer needs, from the Agility 3 radio system and the LightSYS 2 hybrid system, to the new Grade 3 ProSYS Plus solution of up to 512 zones, as well as RISCO's exclusive bus technology. As a novelty, the new Smart Home solution was presented, integrated with all security solutions, and which facilitates the management of air conditioning and lighting, among other devices, with an easy and simple installation based on the RISCO cloud.
For her part, María Gascón, Marketing Manager of RISCO Group, explained the RISCO Stars program, through which partners obtain a series of advantages such as extending the warranty of the products by one year or getting marketing tools, just by scanning the QR codes of RISCO products through the HandyApp app.
