The brand explained that the products are divided into 3 categories: Basic line and equipment with motorized lens, which have a 1-year warranty. Professional line that has a 3-year warranty and finally products for projects that have a 4-year warranty.
In addition to this, some wholesalers offer immediate physical change when a product fails, in a period not exceeding 15 days of purchase.
