Colombia. The Spanish company, A3SEC, a leader in cybersecurity, intelligence and Big Data solutions, has had accelerated growth in the Americas, leveraged by the results of the first year of its new office in Colombia. It has focused on different market sectors such as: financial, government entities, services, telecommunications, among others.
A3Sec was born as a derivative company of AlienVault, with the aim of providing solutions, professional services, training and official certification of SIEM products, Information Security, intelligence and Big Data solutions for Latin America. The company belongs to the TELDAT Group, a multinational manufacturer of corporate networking devices, with a presence in more than 25 countries and subsidiaries in Colombia, Mexico and the United States. Its main headquarters are located in Madrid.
For the specific case of Colombia, its portfolio of projects in the first 10 months of operation increased significantly, likewise, its sales in the first year exceeded the objectives. The commercial management of the company states: "Our goal is very ambitious in Colombia. For this year, we want to increase sales by 200%, increasing the number of accounts and incursion into different sectors, which have found in our solutions the ability to leverage their business. We want to achieve a 25% stake in strategic accounts and close deals with companies that are part of the list of the 25 most important companies in the country."
A3SEC has extensive experience in deployments of Security Operation Centers (SOC) in Spain, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and the United States and development of custom data models for its clients in security, compliance, operation and fraud.
