Latin America. This company that offers advanced security solutions, was named by the Great Place to Work® as one of the 50 best small and medium-sized companies to work for in the United States, within its annual list of 2015, recently published in Fortune magazine.
Axis Communications was ranked #17 and is the second year in a row to receive this recognition. The list has highlighted companies that have an exceptional work culture for more than a decade and has two categories: Small (25-250 employees) and Medium (251-999 employees).
Competing against hundreds of organizations across the country, Axis was part of a rigorous selection process, which included a study with employees and an in-depth questionnaire about the company's benefit programs and practices. Great Place to Work® evaluates each application using its unique methodology based on five dimensions to work in a good place: credibility, respect, justice, pride and camaraderie.
During this process, Axis was also considered a "Great Rate" by the Great Place to Work Institute. According to a survey of employees conducted in 2015, 94% of them rated their work as excellent and 99% took pride in working at Axis.
