IBN Industrias Militares will teach first anti-kidnapping course

Mexico. The Mexican company IBN Industrias Militares, in synergy with the Military Academy of Israel (IMI), developed and will teach in Mexico the first Course on The Protection of Strategic and Anti-Kidnapping Facilities, training that will be taken by 15 professionals in public and private security.

Arturo Ávila Anaya, President and CEO of IBN Industrias Militares, reported that for the first time in the country and under the private sphere, a course of this nature will be developed, which is estimated to be held at least every two months during 2016.

It should be noted that the industrial complex of IBN Industrias Militares, is unique in this country and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology for the manufacture of equipment used in public and national security tasks; especially for militia and federal forces.

Unfortunately, Mexico, he said, faces a strong situation of insecurity. Organized and dispersed crime  is equipped with weapons, radio communication, satellite tracking and vehicles, therefore public, national and private security personnel must have the appropriate technological tools and processes to face this scourge, which is why IBN Military Industries, offers together with the Military Academy of Israel its wide range of technological solutions that other companies in our country can hardly provide.

"The facilities of IBN Military Industries will house the 15 security professionals, who will be trained by Israeli experts from the militia, police and security, all housed in the barracks of our company," said the executive.

In the first Course on the Protection of Strategic Facilities and Anti-Kidnapping, which will be held the third week of February 2016, attendees will learn about topics related  to the prevention of extortion and kidnapping, alert, awareness and prevention of a hostile environment, management of incidents at a personal level,  the adversary and its mode of operation, exercises of cases of local kidnappings, first aid and driving vehicles under tension.

Other subjects will be the recognition of improvised explosives, use of navigators and geolocators, satellite telephony and firearms in a safe way, Krav Maga, prevention of child abductions and perimeter security at home, office, factories, public places, prisons and transfers, among others.

In addition to the theory, IBN Industrias Militares, will offer students very sophisticated spaces such as barracks for lodging, virtual shooting room, shooting range, training auditorium, driving tracks, heliobase to perform sophisticated tests, even as no other security academy in the country carries it out.

"The profile of the assistant of public and private security is of high level, for example state and federal police directors, heads of anti-kidnapping divisions or directors of corporate security of large private or parastatal companies, so the instructors are also high-ranking high ranks," said the executive.

At the end of the course, which has a cost of 3 thousand dollars per participant and consists of an intensive training of 50 hours divided into seven days, 50 hours, the assistant will receive a certification from the Military Academy of Israel with official validity of the government of that country.
